Professional boxer Anthony Joshua on Monday confirmed his fight with heavyweight champion Tyson Fury and revealed that he will sign the contract to fight Fury in December.
Joshua took to his social media handle to reveal the details and said that his lawyers are working on the contract. Notably, Fury had given a 48 hr ultimatum to Joshua to sign the contract or else the fight will be off but Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn insists nothing will be finalised tomorrow as there are still issues to be fixed.
In a video posted by Joshua on his social media, he said: "I’ve been signing contracts for years. It ain’t in my hands, it is with the legal team, that's why you hire lawyers. You know the history of boxing, make sure you get your legal terms right.

"That’s why you have good management and good lawyers. Of course I’m going to sign the contract, it’s just with some lawyers at the minute."
Meanwhile, Hern has accused Fury of constantly changing his demands.
"There is no chance this fight will get signed by Monday. There is no need for this fight to get signed by Monday. If he doesn’t (want to fight Joshua), and I guess he doesn’t, then he’ll do what he’ll do and the fans might even fall for it", Hern said.
Hern said the contract sent by Fury was ‘all over the place’ and revealed that hie team will not rush anything.
“We have a meeting on Monday, with DAZN, with BT, with everybody, but it’s going to take time,” added Hearn. “If he wants to put a time frame on it of Monday then it’s clear to the whole public he doesn’t want the fight. It’s not going to get signed on Monday so if he’s walking away on Monday the fight’s off”, said Hern.
If everything goes well, we can witness Joshua vs Fury fight on December 3.
