Danish badminton player Mathias Boe, who is currently coaching the Indian national badminton doubles team, is reportedly set to marry long-time girlfriend, Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu. The wedding is set to take place in an intimate ceremony in the Lake City of India, Udaipur in March 2024. As per the rumours, the couple will tie the knot in a Sikh-Christian wedding, which close family and friends will attend.
As per the reports by NDTV, the wedding ceremonies will be extremely intimate, and no big Bollywood faces are expected to attend the ceremony. Taapsee and Mathias have been in a relationship for more than 10 years now. The couple has always kept their relationship low-key but has never been secretive about their relationship. Boe is a Denmark-born badminton player who made his international debut in 1998.

Boe secured a men’s doubles silver medal at the 2012 Olympics, followed by the 2013 World Championship silver as well as the 2016 Thomas Cup victory. The couple first met at the inaugural season of the Indian Premier League in 2013, where Boe was part of the Awadhe Warriors, while Pannu was the brand ambassador of Hyderabad Hotshots.
Talking about the wedding reports, the actress recently addressed the rumours and said that she would never give clarifications about her personal life. Pannu told India Today, “I have never given any clarification regarding my personal life, and I never will.” However, the Dunki actress didn't deny the reports either.
