Bangladesh are all set to host Sri Lanka for a two-match Test series, which will commence from March 22 at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet. The Test series follows the T20I and ODI series. The hosts are yet to win a Test series against their Asian rivals, Sri Lanka.
The Test series will be a part of the ICC World Test Championship 2023-25 where the home sides are currently placed at the fourth position with a win and a loss from the two matches. The hosts have won just a single Test match in the history against Sri Lanka in the 24 games played.
