The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 Auction is underway in Kochi but the whole world has its eye pinned to the screens as players from across the globe go under the hammer. England Test captain Ben Stokes had also registered his name for the IPL 2023 Auction and the England all-rounder fetched big bucks as expected. Four-time champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) went bonkers after Stokes as they spent a whopping 16.25 Crores to secure his services.

The England all-rounder was quick to react to this piece of news. Stok es shared a post on Twitter expressing his feelings after getting picked by CSK. The England Test skipper shared a yellow-coloured (CSK’s theme colour) wall on his timeline.
It's worth mentioning that Stokes was the third-most expensive player of the IPL 2023 Mini Auction.
