The Group Stage of the Skyesports Championship 2024 is concluded with the top 8 teams from the Yellow and Red groups qualifying for the Upper Bracket while the bottom 8 will compete in the Lower Bracket. Team Jelly topped Group Yellow with 187 points while fan-favorite team Team Soul got the first spot in Group Red with 174 points. The top 8 teams from each group in the Group Stage have advanced to the Upper Bracket, while the bottom 8 teams from each group have moved to the Lower Bracket.

BGMI Skyeports Championship 2024 Format 

The tournament started with the Pre-Quarter Finals from November 20 to 23, 2024. A total of 64 teams competed, including 32 invited teams and 32 from the Open Qualifiers. They were divided into four groups of 16 teams. Each group played 24 matches to decide the top 8 teams. In total, 32 teams moved to the Group Stage, while the other 32 teams were eliminated.

The Group Stage took place from November 24 to 27. The 32 teams were split into two groups of 16. Teams like Team Jelly and Team Soul played strongly and finished in the top 8 of their groups, securing spots in the Upper Bracket. Teams such as TWOB and VXT also fought hard but ended in the bottom 8, so they moved to the Lower Bracket.

The Upper Bracket will now have 16 teams competing. The top 8 teams will qualify directly for the Grand Finals. The other 8 teams will get another chance in the Final Survival stage. In the Lower Bracket, 16 teams will fight to stay in the tournament. Only the top 8 will advance to Final Survival, while the rest will be eliminated.

The Final Survival stage will feature 16 teams, 8 from the Upper Bracket and 8 from the Lower Bracket. They will compete for the remaining 8 spots in the Grand Finals.
