Portuguese football great Cristiano Ronaldo came up with a heartwarming celebration after scoring a goal for Al-Nassr against Al-Ettifaq. On September 20, Al Nassr, the Knights of Najd, were up against Al-Ettifaq in another lopsided clash, and handed over their rivals a 3-0 defeat. The game saw Ronaldo continuing his brilliant form as he once again positioned himself on the scoresheet to defeat Steven Gerrard’s side.
After being held out without a goal in the last league game and missing out on their AFC Champions League opener due to illness, Ronaldo was back in the game and bagged a penalty against the rivals to score the opening goal. The former Manchester United and Real Madrid came up with an adorable celebration and was seen holding up three fingers at his son, Junior, who was in the stands.

According to reports by ESPN, Ronaldo counted his goal with those scored by Cristiano Jr in the Al-Nassr’s youth team. The 14-year-old smashed Al-Qadsiah 4-0 earlier in the day. The senior footballer dedicated the win to Al-Nass’s fans after the match on social media, where he wrote, “Great team effort. Big win tonight - this one's for the fans!”
The goal marked Ronaldo’s 902nd career goal, after celebrating the historic 900-goal mark a few weeks ago. Not only this, but it also gave him eight goals in seven games.
