MS Dhoni fan travels 1,200 kilometres; camps outside his home in Ranchi
A die-hard MS Dhoni fan named Gaurav Kumar cycled nearly 1,200 kilometres from Delhi to Ranchi to meet his favourite cricketer once. Not only this, but the fan also decided to camp outside the cricketer's home and waited for his idol for a week. While he got a glimpse of Dhoni a couple of times, he didn’t get an opportunity to interact with him properly. Gaurav shared his story on social media and hoped for it to reach the Ranchi boy.
For the unversed, Dhoni brought down curtains on his international career on August 15, 2020, via a social media post. The cricketer is in the last phase of his IPL career and might announce his retirement from the cash-rich league any time. Dhoni’s participation in the forthcoming season of the IPL is in doubts and the cricketer is yet to announce his final decision about participating in IPL 2025.
