Australia created history after winning World Test Championship final after beating India by 204 runs. The Indian batters had a poor performance but, fans on social media specifically targeted wicketkeeper-batter KS Bharat, who got out after attempting a slog sweep which took a top edge and went up before Nathan Lyon complete a simple catch off his bowling.
Bharat only managed to score 23 in 41 balls adding to his first innings tally of five runs in 15 balls. Hence fans had some harsh words for the Indian gloveman and questioned why he was picked in the playing XI. Further fans also compared Bharat to Rishabh Pant, who has been a crucial part of Team India's test team and also expressed that players like Ishan Kishan and Sanju Samson were better options over Bharat.
