As per reports by Sports Today, the CAB President, Snehasish Ganguly, brother of Sourav Ganguly, said that something special will be arranged for Kohli. Ganguly was quoted by Sports Today as saying, “Eden Gardens is looking for something special for Virat Kohli’s birthday on 5th November”.

Another report by RevSportz claimed that the cake cutting ceremony will take place before the start of the match. Notably, the cricketer is currently in his red-hot form, and has played crucial knocks to get the Men in Blue beyond the final line in five matches.

With 48 ODI centuries, the Delhi-born is just a ton behind India legend Sachin Tendulkar’s record. Experts have suggested that he has an excellent opportunity to slam his 49th century on the occasion of his birthday at the Eden Gardens.
