While defending champions Manchester United begin their EFL Cup 2023-24 campaign against Crystal Palace in Round 3 on Tuesday night at the Old Trafford, teams like Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester City will play their first match in the competition on Wednesday.
