Google Play Store announced their Best of 2023 Award winners in different categories. The award ceremony aims to recognize and empower game developers. The official marketplace for Android announced its annual awards for the best apps and games. The list is divided into several categories, and while the awards are listed for the US, they have also been declared for India.
Speaking of a few winners, Pokemon Go has been announced as the Best Ongoing Game on Google Play in India. On the other hand, the best multi-device app has been won by Spotify: Music and Podcasts. CEO of KRAFTON India, Sean Hyunil Sohn, said on the occasion, “We are honored by this recognition of our efforts to create unparalleled gaming experiences for our Indian fans. Our heartfelt thanks to Google Play for not only bestowing these awards but also for their unwavering guidance, support, and promotion within the vast Indian user base.”
He added, “We dedicate these awards to our loyal and passionate community of players, who have been with us through every milestone. We look forward to bringing new and exciting content and updates for BGMI and Road to Valor: Empires, and to make them the most enjoyable and rewarding games for everyone alike.”
