The second edition of the Guwahati Premier League will take place from March 19 to April 7 in Guwahati, Assam. The tournament will see eight teams participating in total of 35 matches that will be played across three weeks. All the games are scheduled to take place at Judges Field in Guwahati, Assam.

The defending champions Bud Cricket Club will take on Gauhati Town Club in the season opener on Tuesday, March 19. The tournament will be played in a round-robin format with every team taking on each team once in the competition. The top four teams will advance to the Super Four round, where the top two sides will play the summit clash on April 7.  The eight participating teams in the event are 91 Yards Club, City Cricket Club, Nabajyoti Club, Bud Cricket Club, New Star Club, Stallion Cricket Club, Gauhati Town Club, and SG Club.
