As prolific Indian opener Prithvi Shaw turned 23rd today, wishes started pouring in from all quarters. While many from the cricket fraternity wished the young prodigy on his birthday, one of the social media sensations Nidhhi Tapadiaaaka 'Teddy' also wished the batter via her Instagram story.
Nidhhi Tapadiaa is a well-known Instagram influencer with around 102,000 followers on Instagram.
Nidhhi uploaded her picture with the Mumbai batter and wished him with a special message. "Happiest birthday Teddy. (Red heart emoji) Shine and shine," she wrote along with a famous Bollywood song 'Jaane Kyon' in the background of her Instagram story.
In response, the Indian batter reshared the post on his Instagram account and replied by thanking the social media influencer by writing, "Thank you Jui. This song goes to you too."
Meanwhile, Prithvi Shaw is in Dubai to celebrate his 23rd birthday. His recent Instagram stories show how he
celebrated his special day in Downtown Dubai. The right-handed opener has
scored loads of runs in domestic cricket this year, but the Indian selectors
have not picked him for the upcoming tours of New Zealand and Bangladesh.
Hours after the Board of Control for Cricket in India announced the squads for both the tours on October 31, the young sensation expressed his shock with an Instagram story. He posted a picture of Sai Baba with a message, "Are you watching everything SAI BABA." Meanwhile, Chetan Sharma, Chief of All-India Senior Selection Committee revealed that Prithvi Shaw will get a chance in future as selectors are constantly in touch with him.
