The final 17-member squad for the Asia Cup 2023 has been announced which will see the return of KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer. The Board of Council for Cricket in India (BCCI) Chief Selector Ajit Agarkar, along with skipper Rohit Sharma named the squad in a press conference on Monday, August 21.

While addressing the media, answering a question on Kuldeep Yadav being the lone spinner in the side and Yuzvendra Chahal also missing out a place yet again, Rohit was caught taking a hilarious dig. In the video now going viral, Rohit can be seen quoting, “Hopefully Sharma and Kohli can roll some arm-over”, leaving everyone in splits. The conversation was further put to an end with Chief Selector Ajit Agarkar adding that the committee has convinced them to bowl a few over in the World Cup.
