Indian team will be very happy to kick start their World Cup campaign on their home soil after a period of 12 years against Australia at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai. India have been pretty dominant in ODIs against all teams while Australia have also been equally competitive in the last two three-match ODI series which happened in March and September 2023. Hence it will be very interesting to see how India would begin their campaign and also the absence of Shubman Gill (if not available) could be a setback for them.
