Ravi Bishnoi and Arshdeep Singh were major part of the bowling cartel at the Asian Games 2023, helping Team India secure the gold medal at the continental sporting spectacle for the first time ever in history. Notably, Bishnoi hasn’t played many matches for India in T20Is and Arshdeep has been a regular feature in the shortest format, but irrespective of that, both these bowlers will be looking to deliver quality performances in the upcoming series to create more opportunities for themselves down the road.
Prasidh Krishna was picked in the Indian squad for the ODI World Cup 2023 after Hardik Pandya was ruled out of the tournament due to an injury. Although the 27-year-old didn’t play any matches, his involvement in the CWC 2023 could help him in taking his game to the next level during the T20I series against Australia.
