Australia didn't play any warm-up match in India: Cricket Australia
When asked about India’s warm-up fixtures ahead of the Border-Gavaskar trophy 2024-25, an official from Cricket Australia (CA) said that it will an internal match, and it will up to India on how they use this. The CA official also mentioned that Australia didn’t get to play an warm-up match when they last toured India for a four-match Test series in 2023.
"It's (an) internal (match), so up to India how they use the game. Maybe some of the Test players may play in the India A games but again up to the BCCI. Not many countries seem to play warm up games these days. Australia didn't play any before the last series in India," a CA official was quoted as saying by Cricbuzz.
