Royal Challengers Bangalore’s batting has been the shining light of their IPL season with the captain Faf Du Plessis and the superstar Virat Kohli churning out big opening stands for fun. But the rest of the RCB batters have struggled for runs with the limited opportunities that they got. Meanwhile, the bowlers for Royal Challengers have been leaking runs whether it’s their pacers or spinners. Mohammed Siraj and Karn Sharma have been a plus in the RCB’s bowling department but their efforts alone aren’t enough for the team to compete well day in and day out during this IPL.
Delhi Capitals have their captain David Warner in the mix for the Orange Cap race currently but his strike rate has been far from ideal for the team. Apart from him, only Axar Patel has looked the part in the batting department for the Capitals but he is batting way down the order.
