Former YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul is set to announce a new ‘crazy fight’ on Monday, March 4 (IST). The information was revealed by one of his team members during a random street interview. One of his team members revealed that ‘The Problem Child’ will drop information about a new fight in the next week. Paul will take on Ryan Bourland in his first fight since his clash against Andre August in December 2023.

The fight will be eight rounds and the co-main event to the clash between Amanda Serrano and Nina Meinke in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Bourland is a former Golden Gloves champion, National Junior Olympian, and two-time GBO Light Heavyweight champion. A few hours before the fight, a video started doing rounds on social media, where one of his teammates dropped a bomb saying that he would announce a fight on Monday.

When the streamer asked Paul’s teammate if he is going to be a part of any of his camps now, he said, “I don’t know but he has a crazy fight. They are gonna announce it on Monday.”

Absolute disgrace to combat sport: Sean Strickland tears into Jake Paul

Sean Strickland slammed Jake Paul for his upcoming match and said that he hasn’t been all that impressive. Tarzan took to X to slam the former social media sensation for fighting against an underwhelming opponent, Ryan Bourland. He said, "Did you guys know Paul is fighting?! Neither did.. Lmao Sam Alvey tagged me in. Was it hard to find a retired fighter to box?? You're literally paying cans to fight and lose to you. Is that even legal? You're a fu**ing clown. Absolute disgrace to combat sport."

This is not the first time they have launched brutal verbal attacks at each other. Earlier Strickland posted a video of their interaction on social media and wrote, "Coward and a liar. There are so many legal ways you can die in America. Our founding fathers killed men for less. Bring a gopro, come to my house. State your intent, break a window. I don't call cops. I don't press charges. I know you would. But bring the mil please."
