The second season of the Legends League Cricket is all set to feature four teams. The tournament , meant exclusively for retired cricketers, will see 16 matches being contested across six cities. The opening match of the T20 tournament is scheduled to be played at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. After this, the action will shift to Lucknow, New Delhi, Cuttack and Jodhpur.
As the Players Draft for the season is underway, it has been reported that each team will have 18-25 players with a minimum of 6 Indian players in each team. While Virender Sehwag has been named the captain of Gujarat Giants, Gautam Gambhir will be leading the India capitals. Irfan Pathan has been named the skipper of Bhilwara Kings while Harbhajan Singh will captain the Manipal Tigers side.
