Ever since India’s women’s cricketer Deepti Sharma ran out England’s Charlotte Dean through ‘mankad’ mode of dismissal in an ODI match between the two teams, people have started sharing their opinion.

Although it's been a day since the incident took place, the discussion is still on as people continue to share their views. The cricketing fraternity seems to be getting involved in the matter as people other than India and England are also commenting.

A Twitter user from Pakistan also shared his views on the incident but not in a direct way. He did not target Sharma but tried to take a dig by saying that the Pakistan cricket team would never use this mode of dismissal.

“Don’t think the Pakistan team would ever do a mankad. We have good sportsmanship and play the game in the right way,” the user tweeted.

With such a claim coming, reactions were certain and a lot of them came. Fans started bashing the user and also reminding him that the mode of dismissal has been added to the run-out category by the International Cricket Council (ICC).

A few were quick to pounce on the opportunity and remind the user about Pakistan's cricket history. “Mankad is still better than Atankwad,” replied one user.
