Former UFC champion Conor McGregor dropped a massive hint about his UFC return in his latest social media post. McGregor fans have been waiting for any news regarding his UFC return to the octagon since his comeback against Michael Chandler at The Ultimate Fighter last year was scrapped. The two-time UFC champion also recently claimed that he would make a comeback on June 29 against Chandler at the UFC's annual International Fight Week.

Not only this, but the Irishman had specified that the fight would take place in the middleweight division. The UFC hasn’t released an official statement regarding the game and along with it, Dana White’s remarks on his return have raised questions regarding the fight between McGregor and Chandler. During the UFC 297 week, the UFC President said, "Ahh, no. When Conor is ready to fight, you know we'll announce it. That's what we do. I don't know.”

Conor McGregor drops massive hint on UFC 300 appearance

The Notorious set the MMA world abuzz by dropping a massive hint about his possible return to the octagon. In his latest social media post, McGregor suggested a return during the historic UFC 300, scheduled for April 13 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. In his latest tweet, the 35-year-old said, "McGregor on 300 seals the deal."

Notably, recently Michael Chandler responded to McGregor’s statements about their possible meetup on June 29. He said on his YouTube channel, “Do I believe the fight is at 185? Heck, I’m game. The weight class does not matter. Two guys that weigh the same. Two guys that weigh the same…ish. Conor and I are within three to five pounds of each other.” He added, “I want battlegrounds of epic proportions, I want to stand in the cage with that man, I want to break that man’s will… .”
