One of the best African footballing stars, Cameron's Samuel Eto'o is facing a long list of accusations that are sent to FIFA's Ethics Committee. These claims were made by  Njalla Quan Junior, a former  ex-Cameroon FA vice-president, who accuses the former Barcelona and Inter Milan star of  match-fixing & 'abuse of power' claims among many other wrongdoings.

Samuel Eto'o burst into world football as a 16-year-old in Real Madrid, who rose through the ranks in Spain before completing a blockbuster move to Barcelona. Eto'o won the UCL twice in back-to-back seasons while also taking home  Africa's Player of the Year a record four times. But since he transitioned into administration in 2021,  Samuel Eto'o  has grown into a controversial figure.

Njalla Quan Junior accuses  Samuel Eto'o  of match-fixing 

As per t he Athletic ,  Njalla Quan Junior made a startling claim about a match between his academy and Kumba City FC was fixed by Eto'o while describing it as “the most scandalous… in the history of mankind”. The Ex-Barca forward is also accused of helping a "close associate" Valentine Nkwain's team win promotion. Victoria United were promoted as they won 11 of their last 17 games after losing four of their first seven.

The report further claims Njalla Quan Junior's relationship with Eto'o went sour, and led the former Inter Milan star to respond with threats. It read: “I am a mafia of this revolution and in this specific mafia we do not betray our leaders. I have protected the interest of our mission till date. However, if you f**k with me be ready to carry the load of the circumstances."
