The NBA All-Star weekend is scheduled to take place between February 17-19, 2023 while the Celebrity Game will be played on February 17, the NBA announced on Wednesday. Bollywood star Ranveer Singh, who is the NBA brand ambassador for India since 2021, is set to make his second straight All-Star Celebrity game appearance in the NBA after playing with celebrities like Machine Gun Kelly, Matt James, Elhadji Tacko Fall among others in 2022.

According to the press release by NBA, Utah Jazz owner Ryan Smith and team minority owner and 2006 NBA Finals MVP Dwyane Wade will serve as honorary team captains for the game that will be played at the Jon M. Huntsman Center on Friday, February 17.
Team Dwayne Wade include Ranveer Singh, 21 Savage, Hasan Minhaj, Frances Tiafoe, Simu Liu among others. On the other hand, Team Ryan Smith will feature Ozuna, The Miz, Guillermo Rodriguez, Everett Osborne among others.
NBA champion Giannis Antetokounmpo will coach Dwayne Wade's team while his brothers Thanasis, Alex Antetokounmpo and Olympic gold medalist Lindsey Vonn will be the assistant coaches. FIBA Hall of Famer and two-time WNBA champion Lisa Leslie is set to coach Team Ryan while rapper Fat Joe and two-time World Series champion Alex Bregman will be the assistant coaches.
