Patrick Mahomes’ mother Randi Mahomes heaped praise on daughter-in-law Brittany Mahomes after the latter was named Sports Illustrator Swimsuit Rookie 2024. Brittany is set to make her SI Swimsuit debut and will get featured in the SI Swimsuit’s 60th anniversary edition. The issue will be released in May 2024. The announcement came a few days before the Super Bowl LVIII, which is scheduled to take place on Sunday, February 11 in Las Vegas. The game night will have the Kansas City Chiefs locking horns with the San Francisco 49ers.
Randi shared a behind-the-scenes video of Brittany’s photoshoot on her Instagram and lauded Brittany for the same. On her Instagram story, Randi wrote, “'Yes, that’s my daughter-in-law!!' You are rocking it Brit As always. Love you.” The magazine had revealed that Brittany will be featured in the 60th-anniversary issue.
The magazine announced, “The entrepreneur and mom of two will be featured alongside our roster of women who empower, inspire, and use their platforms to be both seen and heard.”

The 28-year-old sent a special message to fans after she was named the Swimsuit Rookie by Sports Illustrator magazine. Brittany, in one of her interviews with the magazine, said, “I’m here to tell you people will dislike you, people will love you don’t let any of that define you KEEP SHINING and being YOU.” She advised fans to be confident in their own skin and advised them to be true to their values.
Brittany added, “Be confident in who you are and be unapologetically yourself. People are going to love you or hate you, but finding your values and what makes you ‘you’ to be the best version of yourself is what really matters. Whether that’s health and wellness, being a great wife or mom, or career goals, being the best version of you is the most important thing you can be.”
