Middle-order batter Harleen Deol smashed her maiden international hundred as India Women levelled their highest team total in ODI cricket. During the second match of a three-match ODI series against West Indies at Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara, India Women posted a mammoth 358/5 in their 50 overs. For India, Harleen Deol shone with the bat as she scored her maiden international hundred.
Batting first, India Women got a flying start as Smriti Mandhana and Pratika Rawal put up an opening partnership of 110 runs in 16.3 overs. Mandhana got out after scoring 53(47) runs with seven fours and two sixes, while Rawal went on to score her maiden half-century amassing 76(86) runs hitting 10 fours and a maximum. After that Harleen Deol took charge of the innings along with Jemimah Rodrigues to set a momentum for a huge total.

After a big opening partnership between Smriti Mandhana and Pratika Rawal, Harleen Deol and Jemimah Rodrigues took charge in the middle overs as the duo added 116 runs for the fourth wicket. Harleen reached her maiden international ton in 98 balls. The right hander got out after scoring 115 runs off 103 balls hitting 16 boundaries, while Rodrigues scored a quickfire 52(36) runs with six fours and a maximum.
In the end, Richa Ghosh and Deepti Sharma gave finishing touches as India ended up posting 358 runs for the loss of five wickets in their 50 overs. With this, India Women levelled their highest-ever total in ODI cricket. They posted 358/2 during an ODI match against Ireland in Potchefstroom on May 15, 2017. India Women are already 1-0 up in the ongoing ODI series after the winning the first ODI by 211 runs. In reply to India's 358/5, West Indies Women were bowled out for 243/10 in 46.2 overs as India Women won the match by 115 runs to win the series by 2-0.
