Popular YouTube group Dude Perfect has revealed plans for a new corporate HQ that will feature a 330-foot tower. The sports/entertainment group, which has over 58 million subscribers on YouTube, partnered with San Antonio-based architecture firm Overland Partners for the project.

Dude Perfect’s five co-founders and owners - Tyler Toney, Garrett Hilbert, Cody Jones and twins Cory and Coby Cotton- are exploring potential municipal partners across the country for the venue and plans to announce a location in the near future.

Dude Perfect’s current HQ is in Frisco, Texas, but the group will relocate once the venue for their Overland project gets confirmed.

The HQ design concept includes a 330-foot tower, which projects from the site as a vertical expression of the brand known for its improbable trick shots. The design concept also features three stories, and a Dude Perfect Museum. The HQ will also have restaurants, merchandise stores and more for the public. Surrounding the building will be two acres of public outdoor park space for large gatherings.
