The Qualifier of the PSL 2024 will take place between Multan Sultans and Peshawar Zalmi on March 14 at National Stadium, Karachi. While the winner from here will directly get a place in the final clash that is slated to take place on March 18, the loser will head to Eliminator 2.
Multan Sultans finished the league stage at the top of the points table with seven wins in 10 games. For the 2021 winners, skipper Mohammad Rizwan topped the run-charts with 366 runs in 10 innings while two of their bowlers finished as the first and second most wicket-takers this season respectively.
Peshawar Zalmi, on the other hand, are also carried by their skipper Babar Azam who is the leading the run-scoring chart this season with 498 runs in just 9 innings. However, their bowling still looks amateur with only Luke Wood managing to score 10-plus wickets for them.
