PUBG Mobile, the battle royale game from Tencent is expected to have the latest 2.9 Update released very soon if the rumours are to be believed. While the exact date of release for the PUBG Mobile 2.9 Update isn’t announced yet, the beta version of the update is highly likely to be made available this October for testing.
There will be a number of new features, which are going to be made through the PUBG Mobile 2.9 Update, as per the leaks. The report from InsideSport states that the features and modes could end up being different in the global release of the upcoming update because the leaks have come from Beta servers.

Some of the features in the PUBG Mobile 2.9 Update could include, “a new winter-themed map or mode, with snow-covered landscapes and new gameplay elements, a new X-Suit, which is a powerful wearable exoskeleton that gives players enhanced abilities, a new weapon, such as a snowmobile or a snow cannon, new skins and cosmetics for weapons, vehicles, and characters, and balance changes and bug fixes.”
As part of the PUBG Mobile 2.9 Update, a number of improvements to the existing game could be related to performance optimization, anti-cheat measures, and UI/UX improvements. This is going to provide a better overall experience to the players in terms of getting the best out of their abilities in the highly competitive environment of the PUBG Mobile game.
