The Indian cricket team won the T20 World Cup 2024 title after defeating South Africa by seven runs in the final at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados. Although Pakistan played on tough batting pitches in the USA during the T20 World Cup 2024, Mohammad Rizwan was getting bogged down in the powerplay stage against every opposition, scoring runs at a strike-rate of just 90.90 in four innings. Reeza Hendricks got just 112 runs in nine innings during the South African campaign in the tournament, at an average of just 14.12, while his strike-rate was under 90 runs per 100 balls.
