During the IPL 2024 auction, Lucknow Super Giants didn’t make any significant acquisitions, but they did bring in players like Ashton Turner, David Willey, Shivam Mavi, M Siddharth, M Arshad Khan, and Arshin Kulkarni into the mix. Just a few weeks ago, Mark Wood opted out of the IPL 2024, which led to LSG replacing him with the young rising sensation from the West Indies, Shamar Joseph.

KL Rahul, the captain of the Lucknow Super Giants, didn’t have the best of IPL seasons with the bat last year before getting ruled out of the later stages of the tournament due to an injury, and he will be looking to make amends in the new year. Quinton de Kock wasn’t a regular feature in the IPL last season for LSG after arriving late to the tournament, which is something he will try to put behind him this time around.
