The eighth edition of the T amil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) is set to kickstart on July 5 with the tournament set to be played till August 4. The tournament opener will be between the defending champions Lyca Kovai Kings and Chepauk Super Gillies in Salem.
This season, eight teams will participate in the event and compete in the 32-game tournament in one month. According to the previous two years, TNPL will follow the same format with the first leg to take place in Salem (July 5-11), Coimbatore (July 13-18), Tirunelveli (July 20-24), and then Dindigul (July 26-28).

Tamil Nadu Premier League 2024: Teams
The eighth edition will see eight teams vying for the showpiece trophy based in Tamil Nadu with defending champions Lyca Kovai Kings field to secure their title. Lyca Kovai Kings, Siechem Madurai Panthers, Nellai Royal Kings, Ba11sy Trichy, Dindigul Dragons, Salem Spartans, Idream Tiruppur Tamizhans, and Chepauk Super Gillies will be participating in the competition.
