However, by the summer of 2024, rumours started circulating that the Super Bowl Champion and “Love Story” singer have called it quits. With no clarity, fans and media have been speculating and keeping a close eye on their social media posts, public appearances and interviews to take a hint.
Recently, a shocking post on Reddit has gone viral which was titled “Comprehensive Media Plan for Travis Kelce’s Public Relations following breakup with Taylor Swift”. The post mapped out a breakup strategy between Kelce and the pop megastar. As per the documents, there has been a specific date for Kelce and Swift to end things between them, and have a pre-written statement.
The leaked document which was reportedly created by Full Scope suggested that the breakup was scheduled for September 28. It even detailed a plan to drop an official statement three days later when the media frenzy would have cooled down.
Travis Kelce’s PR firm slams rumours; labels document as "false and fabricated"
While the reports started to spread like wildfire on social media, Kelce’s PR firm Full Scope slammed the rumours. Not only this, but the firm also labelled the document as “entirely false and fabricated”. If reports are to be believed, the firm is currently working on hunting down the origin of the post and taking legal action behind it.
As the document went viral, several fans and followers were quick to point out that the document was fake and was crafted using AI and Chat GPT. The document had even involved the official statement Kelce and Swift would have used to announce their breakup. As per the statement, "Travis and Taylor have decided to part ways after careful consideration. They both value and respect each other's personal lives and appreciate your respect for privacy during this time."
