American pop singer and songwriter Taylor Swift has reportedly written two songs for her beau, Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce. Swift and Kelce have been dating since summer 2023 and made their first public appearance as a couple in one of the Kansas City Chiefs games in September 2023. Since then, Swift has been a regular attendee at Kelce’s football games throughout the season. Not only this, but the ‘Love Story’ singer also travelled halfway across the globe during her world tour to be at the Super Bowl LVIII last month.
As per the latest reports, the singer has written two songs for her love interest. A US Weekly report quoted a source saying, “They have to do with their love story and falling in love with him.” The reports further stated the songs are very personal and fans might not be able to hear them. The sources said, “She likely won’t share them with anyone. They’re very special. Songs are like poetry to her. Just like most people journal, Taylor writes lyrics. Her relationship with Travis has inspired her.”
Notably, the couple’s love story reached a new high when Kelce and his team won their second consecutive Lombardi Trophy in February 2024 at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium. Swift travelled from Japan to be with her boyfriend’s side during the clash against the San Francisco 49ers. The 14-time Grammy Award winner was present with her family and close friends in a private box.
After the game, she went to the field to celebrate with Kelce after the Chiefs won the game. The couple shared a heartwarming moment, where the NFL player thanked Swift for making it to the game. He was heard saying, “Thank you for coming. Thank you for your support. Thank you for coming. Thank you for making it halfway across the world. You’re the best, baby.”
