Just days after delivering a savage beatdown to Cody Rhodes on WWE Raw, The Rock shared the behind-the-scenes clip of his handiwork. The Final Boss also commented on how he was “f****** pissed” at the WWE producer for telling him to stop Cody Rhodes’ beatdown as per the script after the show had gone off the air.

In front of the largest sold-out crowd for WWE Raw in five years on Monday, March 25, the Allstate Arena in Chicago got the surprise appearance from The Rock, who was not advertised for the evening. The Final Boss interrupted Cody Rhodes in the middle of his promo, came inside the ring, and whispered something in the air before leaving the scene for the time being.

The Rock later revealed that he whispered in Cody Rhodes’ ear about making him bleed, which he duly did, later in the night on WWE Raw.

Cody Rhodes didn’t stand a chance to muster up any resemblance of the fight against The Rock, who was on a rampage all over the Allstate Arena. Although the flagship show went off the air, Rock kept beating up Rhodes in the parking lot despite the comments from the WWE producer about adhering to the script of the show and stopping.

In his latest post on the official X account, The Rock wasn’t pleased about being told by the WWE producer to act in a certain way, and said, “I hate constraints and bullshit rules - and just because some @wwe producer says, "clear" (meaning, we are no longer live on the air and the show is over) that doesn't mean I just stop whatever I'm doing and tell everyone great job. It f****** pissed me off. I can't shut my high emotions off just because a script says we're done.”

At the current juncture on the “Road to WrestleMania,” The Rock and Roman Reigns seem like favorites to defeat Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins in their main event tag team match on night one of the showcase of the immortals. If that happens, then Cody Rhodes will be challenging Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in the main event on night two of WrestleMania XL under the Bloodline rules, which would put his chances next to none as far as dethroning the longest-reigning champion in the modern era.
