Chennai Super Kings (CSK) all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has posted a positive three-word Instagram story for his senior and star wicketkeeper MS Dhoni. After losing two back-to-back games followed by the win against Mumbai Indians (MI) in their opening match, Chennai are now in the seventh spot on IPL 2025 points table. Their former captain MS Dhoni is undergoing severe criticism for his role in the team. Against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), he came to bat at number nine, due to which, many of the former cricketers andd experts berated CSK’s move of demoting Dhoni in the batting order.

Amidst these developments, Jadeja took to Instagram to write the post, "Things will change." With this story, the 36-year-old has hoped that things will change for the Yellow Army after the miserable start in the tournament. Against Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the Barsapara Stadium, when CSK were required to score 19 runs off six balls, Dhoni along with Jadeja was at the crease but couldn’t take the team home. While attempting to clear the fence, the 43-year-old got dismissed at the hands of pacer Sandeep Sharma, who got the veteran caught by Shimron Hetmyer at the deep.

CSK will host confident Delhi Capitals on April 5

Chennai will be expected to bounce back against Delhi Capitals (DC) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on April 5. CSK will want their batters to show belligerence as they have failed to deliver numbers as per expectations. Key batters such as Rahul Tripathi and Shivam Dube have looked completely out of rhythm.

Noting their disheartening shows, the CSK team management will want them to shape up in the upcoming contest. Delhi have looked phenomenal in this tournament thus far, winning their last match against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in a dominating way.
