Reportedly, Virat's brother Vikas Kohli has deposited a stamp duty of INR 3.35 Lakh as the Indian cricketer is currently playing in T20 Asia Cup 2022 in Dubai. Apart from Virat-Anushka, another celebrity couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh purchased a 5 BHK bungalow in 2021 for a whopping INR 22 Crore, with a stamp duty of INR 1.32 Crore.

Notably, Kohli leased out the land for five years.

Meanwhile, Indian batter Virat Kohli is making immense contribution in India's quest to defend Asia Cup title as the legendary batter is currently the leading run-scorer with 94 runs. Virat, who was going through a lean phase with the bat has shut down his critics with his performance in the T20 Asia Cup 2022.

Former Indian skipper scored 35 off 34 deliveries against Pakistan, followed by an impressive 59 off 44 balls against Hong Kong including match-winning partnership with Suryakumar Yadav.

Speaking of Anushka Sharma, the Bollywood actress is prepping up for her upcoming project 'Chakda Xpress' which is inspired by the legendary woman pacer and former captain of Indian women's team, Jhulan Goswami. The actress has gone through rigorous training to get into the skin of the celebrated India fast bowler. The film is backed by Anushka’s home production house Clean Slate Filmz and directed by Prosit Roy.
