The Saudi Pro League 2023-24 season is approaching its business end with Al-Hilal consolidating their top spot in the league with a 12-point lead from the second-placed Al-Nassr after playing a 1-1 draw at the Al-Awwal Stadium on Friday night. Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo failed to score an absolute sitter during the match, which led the visiting fans to mock the Al-Nassr captain with "Messi, Messi" chants.
In the opening minute of the game between Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal, Cristiano Ronaldo assisted his compatriot Otavio, who scored a stunning goal from outside the box to help his side take a 1-0 lead. With this assist, the 39-year-old registered the most goal contributions in a single season in Saudi Pro League history.

In the 26th minute of the game, the Portuguese legend made the biggest blunder of the night.
