It was a really good game from us: Dortmund goalkeeper Gregor Kobel after the win
After the game, Dortmund goalie Gregor Kobel reflected upon the game and said that the side was very dominant throughout the match. He told DAZN, “We did really well and didn’t let many chances in. We were very dominant with the ball — it was a really good game from us.” On the other hand, Nico Schlotterbeck said, “We’re just happy. We won in Zagreb and we had the whole game under control. Things are going well.'
Dortmund boss Nuri Sahin spoke about Julian Brandt’s fitness and while expressing concern about the same he said, “I hope it’s not too bad. Brandt is extremely important for our game.” He also hailed the footballer, “almost irreplaceable.” Notably, Brandt, who was leading the side with Emre Can on the bench was replaced after he limped off before the half-time with a thigh injury.
