Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens clashed against Finn Balor and Damian Priest in a tag team match in the latest episode of RAW. The latter pair won the match after Finn Balor gave the final blow to the babyfaces. Sami Zayn and Cody Rhodes appeared in a wholesome moment after the event went off-air. In the video, Cody Rhodes carried Zayn onto his shoulders to a thunderous applause from the crowd.
A Twitter user posted the video in which Cody Rhodes could be seen carrying Sami Zayn on his shoulders. The 37-year-old wrestler carried Zayn and walked a few steps in the ring before putting him down in the corner. The video has gone viral and has garnered more than 8K views so far.
On next week's RAW, the undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions will compete in a massive six-man tag team bout alongside a mystery partner. The trio (GUNTHER, Giovanni Vinci, and Ludwig Kaiser) will battle Imperium. However, at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia, Owens and Zayn will go up against Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa to defend their undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship. When they defeated The Usos in the main event on Night 1 of WrestleMania 39, the team won the titles.
At Night of Champions, Cody Rhodes will compete against Brock Lesnar. At Backlash 2023, The American Nightmare managed to defeat The Beast Incarnate. It will be interesting to watch if the same thing transpires when the two WWE stars clash in Saudi Arabia.
