Cody Rhodes, one of the most beloved WWE superstars currently, showcased his caring side in front of everyone once again when he hugged a blind female fan in the audience during a live event in Fresno. The heartwarming gesture from the American Nightmare was caught on camera, and it has gone viral on the social media platform X.

At the WWE Supershow in Fresno, Cody Rhodes defeated Shinsuke Nakamura in a street fight in the main event to close out the night of great wrestling action. Shortly after, he spoke to the fans in attendance at the arena, noticing the sign held by a female fan that read, “Blindness can't stop me from seeing Cody.”

The female fan's husband took to X and shared a picture with Cody Rhodes, where he appreciated the  38-year-old WWE star. He wrote, " My wife meeting Cody Rhodes tonight was a dream come true! Cody she is blind and loves you so much! You reading her sign made her world! Thank you! "

It led to the American Nightmare walking out of the ring and going over the barricade to give a big hug to the blind female fan. The chants of “Cody, Cody” echoed in the arena, proving how beloved the soon-to-be two-time main-eventer of WrestleMania truly is.

Notably, Cody Rhodes is scheduled to main event WrestleMania 40 when he goes one-on-one against Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. After The Rock aligned himself with The Bloodline, it will be very interesting to see how Cody Rhodes will manage to dethrone the greatest WWE Champion in the modern era.

In the other major matches on the WWE Supershow card in Fresno, courtesy of Wrestling Bodyslam, LA Knight defeated Solo Sikoa in one-on-one action. Also, Gunther retained his WWE Intercontinental Championship against Chad Gable after their title match ended in a DQ.
