Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo revealed his third favourite sport as he visited the Day of Reckoning. Ronaldo attended the boxing event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder faced Otto Wallin and Joseph Parker, respectively. The Al-Nassr captain was spotted in a jazzy green shirt, and while he was entering the Kingdom Arena, the Portuguese was quizzed about his love for the sport of boxing.
One of the Queensberry Promotions officials asked the former Manchester United and Real Madrid superstar: "Feels like boxing is your second favourite sport, Ronaldo?" The Portugal captain replied and said, “Third.” According to his previous comments and remarks, Ronaldo’s second favourite sport is MMA/UFC. The 38-year-old footballer likes to watch combat sports other than football.
Earlier in 2020, the five-time Ballon d’Or Award winner said, "Playing football is my passion, but I prefer watching other sports on TV. Between watching a football match or a boxing or UFC fight, I choose boxing or UFC. When I was at Manchester United, a coach boxed with me, I think practicing boxing is useful for football because it sharpens your senses and you learn to move."
The Portuguese international has met UFC legends, including Conor McGregor, Khabib Nurmagomedov, Israel Adesanya as well as former UFC heavyweight champion Ngannou. During his tenure in an Arab country, the footballer has been spending following the combat sports.
