In the closing stages of the first T20I of the three-match series between India and Bangladesh in Gwalior, all-rounder Hardik Pandya struck a jaw dropping no-look ramp shot off the bowling of pacer Taskin Ahmed. The sensational strike from Hardik Pandya brought the fans inside the Shrimant Madhavrao Scindia Cricket Stadium and the commentators on glued, following which he took India over the finishing line with a maximum.

With just 10 runs needed for India to defeat Bangladesh, Hardik Pandya was on strike in the 12th over of the Indian innings with Taskin Ahmed running-in to bowl at him. On a short delivery, the right-handed batter quickly got into position to nonchalantly ramp it over the wicket-keeper without even looking at where the ball had headed, such was the swagger he had in his shot selection and its subsequent execution.

Watch the clip of Hardik Pandya's no-look ramp shot here:

Hardik Pandya stayed unbeaten on 39 off just 16, to help India get across the finishing line with 49 balls to spare

On the next couple of deliveries from Taskin Ahmed, the Indian all-rounder struck at streaky boundary before smashing the pacer over leg side boundary, to ensure that India chased down the target with 49 balls to spare. Hardik Pandya stayed not out on 39 off just 16 with five fours and two maximums, while he was accompanied by debutant Nitish Kumar Reddy at the crease.

In the first innings of this match, the Indian bowlers performed quite remarkably with the ball, picking up all the ten wickets of Bangladesh batters in just 19.5 overs, keeping them down to 127 runs. Arshdeep Singh, the player of the match, took three wickets, while Varun Chakravarthy was just as good as him in picking up three wickets as well, along with debutant Mayank Yadav getting on the board with the ball for the Indian cricket team.
