Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur pulled off a stunning catch to dismiss the in-form South African batter Tazmin Brits in the 3rd T20I of the series . The Women in Blue lost the opening game before the second T20I was washed out. Before the T20Is, Team India dominated the Proteas and clinched the ODIs and Test match dominantly.
In the 3rd T20I, the Indian women won the toss and asked South Africa to bat first. Justifying this decision, Shreyanka Patil gave the first breakthrough before Pooja Vastrakar dismissed Marizanne Kapp. The Indians were still under pressure as South Africa's best batter in this T20I series, Tazmin Brits, was still in the middle.

The 33-year-old continued her form despite a hiccup and looked to take India's lead all-rounder Deepti Sharma. The off-spinner saw Brits dancing down the wicket as she pulled the length back. The South African couldn't time the ball well as it went towards mid-off. Here the Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur put in a dive to complete an incredible catch.
At the toss, Kaur explained the team's decision to bowl first. She said, "We're going to bowl first, looking at the conditions we'd like to bowl. We've bowled really well apart from the last two overs, we were in the game. We fielded well too, want to take those things into this game. Looking at the side, we have a balanced side. Having players like these is a great opportunity for us. Same team."
