Even though Hong Kong lost the Asia Cup 2022 match against India by 40 runs on Wednesday, it was not all sad and gloomy at the Dubai International Stadium. In fact, many experts including former cricketers were seen applauding Hong Kong for the fight they gave India despite their players having to juggle multiple jobs to survive as cricket has little money in that part of the world.
Moreover, Hong Kong cricketer Kinchit Shah decided to propose to his girlfriend after the match. And after a spirited effort performance against India, Kinchit's Hong Kong teammates were seen cheering for the couple. Kinchit's girlfriend accepted the proposal and the video of the same has surfaced on social media.
