In a video going viral on the internet, a kabaddi match in Derbyshire, England saw people getting violent as gunshots and sword attacks took over the match. The incident, which is said to have happened on Sunday, August 20 saw a clash break out between two gangs during a kabaddi match in the UK. As reported by the local media, the England Kabaddi Federation’s tournament had brought expert players.
As reported by a UK daily, who quoted an eyewitness claimed that a man was reportedly shot at before being repeatedly attacked with a sword. The video also shows that members of the two gangs also attacked with hockey sticks as spectators panicked and rushed out of the ground.

In the visuals surfacing, it can also be seen that spectators left the kabaddi ground in panic as gunshots were even fired.
Notably, the Derbyshire Police also took to Twitter to address the incident. “We were called to a largescale disturbance in Elvaston Lane, Alvaston, at 3.51pm on Sunday. Three people have been injured, one seriously. They have all been taken to hospital,” the Police said.
The Police also added that the situation was later bought under control after at least 20 cars were rushed to the scene.
