The WWE superstar and the Hollywood actor, John Cena, made his presence felt big time in India during Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding on Friday, July 12. The Leader of the Cenation was spotted performing his signature “You Can’t See Me” dance at the “Baraat” ceremony of the newlywed couple, enjoying the festivities in his own unique style.
Notably, John Cena had arrived in Mumbai earlier in the day in a casual outfit, in the presence of hundreds of fans outside the airport amidst tight security. After a few hours, he made his way to the Ambani-Merchant wedding at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre, in a light blue sherwani, posing for the photographers in the distance.
Shortly after, John Cena took everyone by surprise, shaking a leg in the “Baraat” ceremony of the Ambani-Merchant wedding. At the same time, he also did his signature pose from the WWE, “You Can’t See Me” at the whims of the groom’s friends.
Apart from John Cena, hundreds of VIP guests were invited to the Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant wedding. Some of the names were Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Kim Kardashian, Gianni Infantino, Mamata Banerjee, Boris Johnson, and Jay Lee, among others.
Just a week ago, John Cena shocked the wrestling world during the Money in the Bank PLE in Toronto. After making a surprise return to the promotion in three months, he announced his retirement as an in-ring performer in the WWE, with his last match set to happen in 2025.
