Amidst the rain-affected IPL 2023 fixture between Lucknow Super Giants and Chennai Super Kings, LSG fielding coach Jonty Rhodes gave fans a moment to savour. After a delayed start, the CSK bowlers ran riot at the Ekana stadium and reduced the home side to a score of 44-5.
Recusing the Super Giants, Ayush Badoni played a decent hand, scoring 59 in 33 balls and carrying his side to the score of 125. But as another stoppage hit in the final over of the game the groundstaff ran to bring in the covers. Here, Rhodes joined in and was seen pulling the covers to cover the pitch.
