On Saturday, December 2, the Los Angeles forward LeBron James was involved in a heated spat with the Houston Rockets coach Ime Udoka at the Crypto.com Arena. After the Lakers secured 107-97 win against the Rockets, a reporter asked James about the words exchanged with Udoka on courtside, to which he coyly responded that it was a thanksgiving chat.

Both LeBron James and Ime Udoka got talking late in the contest, which was monitored by the referee J.T. Orr. The moment these two were through with it, the referee issued technical to them, and since it was the second of the night for Udoka, he got ejected from the Crypto.com Arena.
In the post-game interview with the reporters, when LeBron James was asked the question, “What were you and Ime (Udoka) talking about?” In response, he didn’t make too much of the heated spat and said, “Thanksgiving. How much we enjoyed Thanksgiving.” The reporter played along in the conversation to say, “It looked very friendly,” to which the Lakers star said, “Yeah, it was.”

LeBron James, 38, has played against Ime Udoka in the NBA during the 2007-10 seasons of the NBA, and he is still on top of his game after a decade or so. While turning up for the Cleveland Cavaliers in those four seasons, James registered a positive record of 6-2 against various teams in which Udoka competed.
