Australia cricketer, Marnus Labuschagne, who will return to action as India tour down under for a five-match Border-Gavaskar Trophy, is currently plying his trade with Queensland in the Sheffield Shield. The Aussie batter, who is leading Queensland in the ongoing tournament, took the limelight as he brought himself into the attack in match against Western Australia.
Labuschagne, who is known for his antics as well as tactics both on and off the field, opted to bowl medium pace as he took the attack in the 64th over of the first innings. The Aussie batter, who is a spin bowler, caught the attention as he placed a fielder just beside him at the bowling mark.

Seeing this wild field, the umpire was left irked, whereas the commentators were also left surprised of it. What further surprised everyone was Labuschagne pulling his teammate by his trouser towards the left of the umpire. Reacting to this, one of the commentators called it a ‘brain fade’ fielding position, while another exclaimed, “I don’t think I’ve ever seen that!”
